Inspired by the tradition of charcuterie, our Seacuterie Board brings together the flavors and textures of the ocean! This board includes a unique collection of seafood-inspired bites, house-made accompaniments, and crisp baguette slices.

At the heart of the board are three house-crafted seafood specialties, each bringing its own flavor and character to the table.

Chorizo del Mar puts a coastal twist on traditional chorizo, featuring fresh calamari hand-stuffed with a sherry-infused sausage of lobster and shrimp. The idea was born from a desire to create something unique within our culinary ecosystem.

After years of experimenting with different sausage-making and casing techniques, the concept evolved into something unexpected. Instead of using a traditional casing, we stuff the seafood sausage directly into the calamari itself. The result is a savory, flavorful bite that makes it one of the most unique elements on the board. Alongside Chorizo del Mar, the board features truffled Maine lobster pâté, combining rich lobster with earthy truffle for an indulgent spread, while smoked Faroe Island salmon rillettes bring a deep, smoky flavor.

House-Made Accompaniments

The board is rounded out with an assortment of sauces, spreads, and toppings that let you build each bite your own way. Molasses-infused whole grain mustard brings a balance of sweetness and spice, while heirloom tomato salsa criolla adds brightness and acidity.

Aji amarillo aioli and cucumber crema add smooth, rich elements, while a sprinkle of furikake provides an umami-rich finish. Everything comes together with crostini, creating the perfect base for layering flavors and sharing around the table.
