Chimichurri: A Flavorful Tradition
Chimichurri is a vibrant, herb-packed sauce originating in Argentina and Uruguay, traditionally served alongside fire-grilled meats. A staple at Argentine asados, this fresh and flavorful condiment is known for its perfect balance of herbs, garlic, acidity, and spice.
At its heart, chimichurri celebrates simple ingredients: fresh herbs, quality oil, bright citrus, and bold flavors coming together to enhance, rather than overpower, the food it’s served with.
Ours keeps the traditional foundation but adds lime, fresh chile, and red onion, giving it a brighter citrus note, layered heat, and a little more texture.
While it’s famously paired with grilled steak, chimichurri goes far beyond the grill. Spoon it over roasted vegetables, drizzle it on seafood, use it as a marinade, or serve it alongside fresh bread for a flavorful addition to the table.
Whether you’re gathering around the fire with friends or elevating a weeknight meal, chimichurri brings the spirit of Argentine grilling to your table.
