The Gaucho Burger

Bold, layered, and built for those who love big flavors.

The Gaucho Burger features Vermont White Cheddar, fried Vidalia onions, smoked tomato and datil pepper agrodolce, fresh arugula, and aji amarillo aioli, all served on a brioche bun.

The sweetness of the agrodolce, the subtle heat of the datil pepper, and the creamy richness of the aji amarillo aioli come together to create a burger packed with flavor in every bite.
