Why do you use pre-paid reservations instead of regular reservations?

We use Tock for our reservation system and utilize pre-paid reservations at this time. We want to create an immersive experience for our guests. Pre-paid reservations allow us the best opportunity to create an all-encompassing experience for our guests.

Asados are planned well in advance. This can include sourcing hard to find ingredients. Therefore, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes within 72 hours of the scheduled Asado.

How does Asado Life handle gratuity?

We include a 20% service charge with prepaid reservations. 100% of the service charge is distributed as gratuity to the servers, kitchen crew and support staff.

Gratuity for drinks that are are not prepaid can be left on the night of the asado.

Can I give my reservation away or sell it?

Yes. The reservation is completely transferable.
If you elect to do this, we recommend that you transfer the reservation through Tock to ensure that whoever uses it will have the option to provide us with any information we need to ensure the best possible service for their evening at Asado Life.

How do I transfer my reservation?

To transfer a reservation, log in to your account and then select, “Reservations”. Each reservation has a transfer button next to it.

Can I get a refund once purchased? Can I exchange my reservation for a different night?

We offer a full refund for any reservations canceled with at least 72-hours’ notice. You can also transfer your reservation to someone else within the Tock reservation system.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Our Asados are signature meals prepared by live fire grilling. We will do our best, with advanced notice, to accommodate certain requests. However, we cannot accommodate vegan requests.

Do you offer complimentary Asado’s to influencers?

In an effort to keep our guest interactions genuine & organic, we do not offer complimentary meals in exchange for promos or reviews.
