Born in Chicago and raised in Atlanta, Christina has always had a passion for food. Starting with helping her mother prepare for family reunions, this wife and mother of 5 realized at an early

age that food was her love language.

In her early 20’s the opportunity to live in Argentina really took

her passion for food to another level. In Argentina, Christina found her love for Latin and Italian foods. Christina later moved back to the U.S. where she lived in New York and Atlanta. She began to pursue her culinary training. In 2009 she moved to Colorado where she worked for a catering company. It was there, in Colorado, Christina decided to formally train in the culinary arts. She moved with her family to St Augustine in 2012 and got her culinary degree at the Art

Institute of Jacksonville. Her tenures include The King and The Bear, TPC, The PGA, and Michael’s Tasing Room.

Christina then spent 6 years in Atlanta as the executive chef for Grant Park Market and Gather restaurant. Last year, Christina moved back to help restore a local restaurant in St Augustine.

She has since moved into the private sector. Her passion for food

and people is apparent in the bold flavors and rustic plating. Her culinary vision is,

“To transform ingredients into an experience beyond just taste. My passion for food comes from the memories that food, family, and friends create. The process, the sharing and of course

bonds built over a common experience. It’s the ultimate connect. “
