Outside Food & Beverage Policy
At Asado Life, we do not allow outside food, cakes, desserts, wine, or liquor.
As a full-service restaurant and market, we take pride in the food, desserts, and beverage programs we provide. This policy helps us maintain food safety, quality standards, licensing compliance, and a consistent experience for all guests.
Rather than bringing in outside items, we are happy to help celebrate with offerings from our own kitchen, bakery, and wine program. Custom cakes and dessert platters may be arranged with at least 48 hours notice, and our team is always available to assist with wine selections and pairings.
All Front of House team members are expected to uphold this policy consistently. The best time to address outside food or beverages is upon arrival so expectations are clear and alternative options can be offered.
What is Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows guests to reserve one of our signature menu items before their visit. These items require extensive preparation and cooking time. Pre-orders must be in by 10am same day. The FOH staff can add pre-orders manually from 10am-1pm, but the guest can only access until 10am online. Pre-orders help us provide the highest quality experience by ensuring the product is available, properly prepared, and ready to be cooked to perfection for the guest’s reservation.

Pre-Order to Guests
When discussing pre-orders with guests, focus on the experience rather than the policy. Our pre-order selections feature some of our signature items that require extensive preparation before service. By reserving one in advance, we can ensure it is prepared specifically for your table and ready to be cooked perfectly for your visit.
Guest Expectations
When a guest places a pre-order:
The item is reserved exclusively for their reservation.
The kitchen begins preparation before their arrival.
The item may not be available to other guests that evening.
Changes or cancellations may be subject to our pre-order policy.
Cancellation Policy
Because pre-ordered items are prepared specifically for the reservation, cancellations or modifications must be made within the required notice period. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges for the reserved item.
Always communicate the cancellation policy clearly and professionally when confirming a pre-order.
