Welcome to Asado Life

Welcome to Asado Life! We are glad you are here. At Asado Life, we believe great service is more than taking orders and delivering food. It is about creating genuine connections, anticipating needs, and making every guest feel valued. Our success is built on teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and a shared commitment to excellence.

This training program is designed to give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in your role. As you move through each section, you will learn our service standards, operational procedures, menu knowledge, and the expectations that help us deliver a consistent experience every day.

Take your time, ask questions, and use these resources often. Learning does not stop after orientation. The most successful team members continue to learn, grow, and develop their skills throughout their careers.

We are proud to have you as part of the Asado Life family, and we look forward to supporting your success.

Welcome aboard!

Access the Shifts tab to view your personal schedule or, depending on company settings, the full team schedule.

Request Time Off

Need time away from work? Open the Options menu, three dots, select Request Time Off, and submit your requested dates for manager approval.

Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Certain dates, including holidays and other high-volume business periods, may be blocked in advance. If you have questions regarding availability or scheduling restrictions, please speak with your manager.

Looking for extra hours? Check the Available Shifts tab to view open shifts posted by management. Simply tap a shift to claim or apply for it. Please note that submitting a swap or pick-up does not guarantee approval.

Swap or Release Shifts

If you are unable to work a scheduled shift, use Sling’s Shift Trade or Release Shift feature to request coverage from a coworker. All shift changes are subject to management approval.

Timekeeping

Sling is not used for clocking in and out. All employees must use Toast for timekeeping and attendance tracking.
