Chef Eric is native to Northeast Florida.
Inspired by the cuisine of his Southern American and Syrian family;
Chef Eric’s philosophy is one of respecting quality ingredients, and the elegance of simple yet thoughtful food. Chef Eric currently holds the position as Chef Director for the PGA TOUR in
Ponte Vedra Beach.
Chef Eric has worked in various private country club, resort and corporate settings throughout the Southeast. Chef Eric prides himself on being a proponent of supporting local artisans,
farmers, and suppliers, whenever possible.
